Do you possess extensive experience in a relevant design role and have a proven track record of successful delivery of electrical installation designs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you An established engineering contractor focused on fostering a team culture centered around safety and sustainability is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Supporting the Engineering & Design team by providing Electrical Design Services
- Verifying tray work, supports design, single line diagrams, and cable schedules
- Overseeing the development of electrical systems installation design based on nuclear site specifications
- Ensuring all designs comply with industry codes, standards, and regulations
- Providing technical support for electrical equipment/systems installation preparations
- Handling work packages through various project stages from concept design to construction

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant design role with successful delivery of electrical installation designs in the nuclear sector
- HNC or Degree in a technical electrical engineering-related subject
- Strong experience in UK nuclear or nuclear decommissioning construction projects
- Project lifecycle experience covering concept, detail design, construction, testing, and handover
- Knowledge of data and administrative management practices
- Strong understanding of electrical standards and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, Navisworks (or equivalent), and Microsoft suite of programs
