We are thrilled to offer an exciting new opportunity for a Training Assistant to join our Learning & Development Team at our head office in Sidcup on a fixed-term contract. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, with flexible hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training activities, maintaining training records, updating databases, generating reports, and overseeing apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update e-learning records and individual training records
  • Assist with various training admin tasks
  • Collaborate with the e-learning provider to address system issues

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with IT systems and databases
  • Prior experience in a learning and development department (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
