Pre-Sales Specialists
What you'll do
- In this role you will take ownership of acquiring new prospects, mostly by calling potential customers located throughout the UK. Where the need for our product/services is identified, arrange a followup call/ meeting together with a member of our UK sales/business development team.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to drive customer acquisition.
- Promptly maintain our databases with updated contact information, also identifying new contacts where possible.
- Work a minimum of 3 days per week (WFH).
The Successful Applicants must have
- Proven experience in areas of sales /customer contact/ account support.
- A reasonable competency in basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Teams, Zoom).
- Strong communication skills and confidence to engage from middle to senior management levels, particularly in the NHS.
- Energetic, pleasant, and motivated to succeed.
- A knowledge of healthcare would be beneficial.
- Ability to build relationships on the phone.
