About the role


We are seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Memory Service Registered Professional to join our dynamic team within the Older Persons Mental Health Services (OPMHS) in Manx Care.


OPMHS is a large and truly multidisciplinary team; we are responsible for the community mental health provision for older adults who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties.


You will work as part of this team providing a comprehensive, specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment service to patients experiencing cognitive impairment; ensuring carers and families are supported in accordance with identified needs.


Additionally, you will work as part of the wider OPMHS multidisciplinary team and at times of service need, you will provide therapeutic clinical support to older people with enduring mental health problems in the community.

Ability to take an unpaid career break after 3 years' service.
