Care Farm Support Worker

1:1 and small group support for children between 5 and 18, some with behaviour that challenges, helping them achieve meaningful and fun tasks looking after our range of rescue animals, gardening and helping nature.
You will be a dynamic, positive and physically active person, with a genuine love for the outdoors, a confident and organised facilitator who can support young people who may be anxious, have additional needs or communication challenges.
You will be able to keep yourself and others safe in a farm environment and understand safeguarding and animal welfare legislation and responsibilities.
The role requires daily reporting on progress made towards targets, following health and safety and safeguarding protocols and planning daily timetables and activities.
You must be confident, gentle and kind with a range of animal species, happy to be outdoors and willing to get involved in all aspects of animal husbandry
This is a term time only position with variable hours between 9 and 3, with some optional holiday work.
