The SEN TA specialising in challenging behaviours will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to thrive academically and emotionally.

This full-time position, Monday to Friday during term time, offers an immediate start date and an open-ended contract duration.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one or small group support, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments.

Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

Collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of individual students.
