Proposals Engineer

About the Job:
As a Proposal Engineer, you'll hold a key position in driving our company's growth. Your main responsibility will consist of creating compelling proposals tailored to potential clients' needs, a critical aspect in securing new projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring clarity and customization for each client
- Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content
- Provide accurate cost estimates while maintaining competitiveness
- Conduct competitive analysis to strategically position proposals in the market
- Engage with clients to guarantee alignment with their expectations
- Maintain proposal documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
- Assume responsibility for handover documentation post-order
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and facility visits
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
- Previous experience in proposal engineering, preferably in a technical industry
- Knowledge of pipe coating is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract negotiation
