New Yard Ltd is opening a new restaurant in Station Yard, Needham Market and we're looking to hire a brand-new team.


If you have experience waiting within the hospitality sector and have a passion to deliver outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

We'll always reward hard work and we'll give you the training you need to get you to where you want to be.

Training will take place at our sister restaurant in Norwich before our grand opening in May and transport and accommodation will be provided to Norwich where necessary.

We aim to deliver service at the highest level so we want the best possible people on our team.

We need people who are curious, passionate and who are not afraid to go that extra mile to create something just a little bit special.


As waiting staff, you will need to be able to demonstrate a welcoming energy to all customers as well as being particularly organised, resulting in focused customer service and exceptional standards.

  • To be a confident individual who enjoys engaging with guests
  • Have strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Have a relentless drive to deliver 110%

  • Flexibility to work day and/or evening shifts across the week and weekends
