Multitask Personnel are working with one of our reputable clients who supply energy to customers and have a 5* rating for customer service.

We're recruiting for a Fleet Administrator, based at their office in Slough on a permanent basis. You will be assisting the field operations team with claims and incident management (bodyshop and livery)

Duties for the Fleet Administrator Role will include:

  • Log and maintain detailed information on all aspects of fleet
  • Scheduling and booking vehicle servicing, MOTs and safety recalls
  • Provide project support for fleet related initiatives (EV migration)
  • Provide fleet administration support to the field operations team (e.g. parking apps, telematics)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel

In Return:

23 days holiday per annum (pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays
