As a Payroll Advisor, the salary ranges between £25,500 to £27,500 plus annual bonuses. You'll also enjoy the benefits of working for an employee-owned company that values its staff, offering perks such as paid accounting qualifications, 34 days holiday (rising with service), and even annual incentive trips to exciting locations (previous locations include New York and Barcelona).
As a Payroll Advisor, you'll be tasked with:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time for each client
  • Handling incoming enquiries in a professional and efficient way
  • Assisting the Head of Payroll and other colleagues with various projects and tasks
  • Building relationships with new and prospective employees and clients
  • Ensuring all actions made put our employees and customers at the centre of your thought process
  • Assisting a small team and providing leadership and direction with your industry knowledge

The ideal person for the Payroll Advisor role should have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in payroll processing
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A solid team ethic and a hard-working, enthusiastic attitude
  • Part or fully CIPP-qualified preferred
