HR Advisor

The main duties of the role will be:
- Managing the HR and Payroll mailboxes and acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
- Supporting line managers with informal employee relations casework in accordance with company policies and working practices.
- Maintaining and updating all HR systems and administrative documentation, ensuring that the data is accurate and kept in accordance with company processes.
- HR administration including raising purchase orders, drafting contractual change letters, updating organisation charts, booking training courses and conducting reference checks.
- Supporting with payroll processing by collating and inputting accurate data (for new starters, leavers, contractual changes and all types of leave).
- Producing accurate and up to date, HR data reports and analysis as required.
- Escalating issues with a strategic, legal or employee relations impact to the Head of HR.
- Supporting key HR projects which contribute towards the overall successful delivery of the Company’s HR strategy.
Our client is open to looking at people who are QBE as well as those with relevant CIPD qualifications but you must possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous HR Advisor experience required, ideally within a professional services industry.
- Good knowledge of employment law and Statutory legislation and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit the audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- First class organisation/prioritisation and multi-tasking skills with ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail & strong analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
