**The Role**: In this role, you’ll be first on hand to support colleagues and line managers with people queries.

As the People and Culture Advisor, you will:

- Take the lead on Employee Relations, advising on policies and supporting processes.
- Be the go-to for any benefit and reward queries
- Keep our data accurate as the super user of all people systems
- Generate key people reports, make recommendations and plan next steps

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleague’s best. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

We will also support you in achieving your CIPD Level 5 through an Apprenticeship.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
