We are currently recruiting for a full time Commercial Team Advisor/Credit Controller to join our friendly and vibrant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own ledger, ranging from sole traders, to small to medium enterprises and larger organisations alike.
  • Liaise with customers and clients to expedite query resolution.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prioritise workload to maximise collections and efficiency.
  • Possess the ability to utilise your own initiative to negotiate payment arrangements and set up affordable repayment plans for customers if payment in full cannot be collected.

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent at maths and/or accounting skills to enable reconciliation on complex accounts.
  • The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills have a good working knowledge of all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Be able to establish and maintain strong client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • A positive and approachable manner.
  • A strong background in customer service, telephone support, call handling or collections is advantageous.
