An exciting opportunity has become available to commence an apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3, working for Cartwright & Co Accountants. You will become part of a positive, friendly and professional team and provide general administrative duties.
- You will have the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner. Whether that is by face to face meeting, by telephone or online.
- Greeting clients confidently and providing hospitality for them where it is appropriate.
- File, update and/or maintain paperbased and digital documents with a high level of accuracy and attention.
- Digitising manual files and records where required.
- Organisation of client records with a high level of accuracy and attention.
- Typing letters and invoices.
- Answering the telephone confidently and politely. Ensure that accurate messages are taken where this is relevant and forward on to the relevant member of staff to deal with.
- General administration tasks that may include; photocopying, scanning, filing, printing or typing.
- Supporting and collaborating with the wider team to ensure that Cartwright & Co provides the expected standard of service to clients.
- Supporting both colleagues and clients with any appropriate administrative tasks.
- Using various software programs.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail promptly.
- As your role progresses you will be involved in managing a project evidencing how you have improved systems and processes.
