Primas MediSpa is a leading beauty clinic and luxury spa based in the heart of Central London.

With cutting edge technology and impeccable levels of customer service, we offer some of the most effective treatments on the market.

We are looking for a dependable and ambitious receptionist to join the front of house team in our medispa.

We need 2 receptionist to cover Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm

The Role:

You will be responsible for the performance of the entire clinic with main responsibilities being:

  • Scheduling of clinicians, resources and clients and daily management of the calendar
  • Upsale of services and products
  • Complaints ( as detailed in the complaints procedure )
  • Refunds ( as detailed in the refunds procedure )
  • Greeting clients and providing them with the information required
  • Organising rooms schedule with therapists
  • Prompting clients to leave a review ( send a link, etc )
  • Filling forms with clients
  • Opening and organising delivered boxes ( products and consumables)
  • Putting clients in Pressotherapy and explaining procedures
  • Checking and completing our Click Up ( Task organiser ) on a daily basis
  • Daily sales report

Essential Skills:

  • Communication skills are essential, with fluent English, both written and spoken. Being clear, concise and diplomatic with all our clients and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with reception/front of house
  • Punctuality is critical.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Aesthetics/Beauty industry experience.
  • Event management experience
  • Social media management experience.

  • Spotless ethics, honesty & integrity.
  • Proactive, highly organised and process driven
  • Ability to work in a team, but complete work diligently without supervision.
  • Ability to motivate in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
