We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead on commercial income generation from sales of RoSPA's wide portfolio including qualifications, training, consultancy and other services in the UK and overseas.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers, Business Development and Key Account Managers (including direct sales and bid management); guiding the team to win profitable business from new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing the transition to digital first and supporting international growth and the growth in RoSPA's qualification sales in line with RoSPA's business plan.
Your role will also include monitoring the activities of competitors and deploying appropriate counter measures.This is an exciting time to join, as ambitious plans necessitate change and create opportunity.

So, are you ...?A senior sales professional experienced in B2B consultative sales and leading, coaching and motivating a sales team?
Experienced in prospecting and winning £multi million business in the UK and overseas sales territories.
Able to identify and lead effective multi modal sales strategies?
Able to negotiate, create and review legal contractual agreements and frameworks
An excellent communicator and presenter, adept at negotiating at all levels Do you have ...?
Demonstrable management experience, motivating and demonstrating above average leadership to a sales team, including experience training and developing a team, setting targets and bonus structures.
At least ten years of sales experience, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure with a proven ability to 'land and expand' new business and key accounts in the UK and overseas whilst consistently exceeding income generation targetsExperience of working with an Awarding Organisation
Excellent commercial acumen, including experience setting and managing budgets
Strong computer literacy including experience of Microsoft Dynamics.
