You should have demonstrated experience in bespoke/architectural steelwork and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role will involve pricing various steelwork items such as stairs, balustrades, handrails, Juliet balconies, and canopies.

Key responsibilities of the Estimator:

  • Reviewing drawings and specifications upon receiving inquiries.
  • Conducting material take-offs and estimating costs for the complete scope of work.
  • Coordinating internally and externally, if necessary, to ensure accurate pricing of components like glass and timber.

Essential requirements for the Estimator role:

  • Demonstrated experience in Estimating.
  • Background in architectural metal and/or structural steel works.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Residence in or within a commutable distance of Sheffield, as this is an office-based position.
