About the General Manager Role:
Continuing our progression, we present an exciting opening for a General Manager to become part of our workforce. You will oversee 96 bedrooms, a leisure club and spa, Scholar's restaurant, an AIM accredited meetings and events space, inclusive of MIA & HBAA memberships, and not to forget, an observatory.
Our General Managers are provided with support and empowerment to oversee all aspects of their hotel - from team engagement, delivering exceptional service that mesmerizes guests, to steering commercial triumph. They also:
- Set clear performance objectives and motivate, guide, and mentor the team towards achieving success.
- Pursue operational distinction in all endeavors.
- Promote the highest standards of safety for our guests and team members.
- Implement and animate our tools related to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue.
