As a HR Business Partner, you will provide support and guidance on people related matters for dedicated business units across the company. You will assist key stakeholders and internal customers in implementing their people plans effectively and commercially.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers across different business units, establishing and nurturing effective relationships. Contribute to the design and execution of business unit people plans through initiatives and projects
- Offer coaching and feedback to employees at all levels to foster their development and drive high performance. Work with leaders to implement efficient performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
- Consult on resource needs, department structures, employee relations, and performance enhancement. Support change and transformation endeavors
- Analyze data and reports to identify crucial people metrics and insights for enhancing colleague engagement and business performance
- Identify and mitigate people risks through activities like succession planning and identifying key business processes
- Foster a positive work environment, enhance employee experience, and promote inclusivity and diversity
Qualifications
- Essential:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner in a large business, adept at discussing various people-related topics
- Strong communicator, capable of influencing others effectively
- Keen attention to detail for data and reporting
- Desirable:
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in a regulated business
- Talent Acquisition experience, including sourcing candidates in challenging markets
