We are currently seeking experienced beverage assistant team leaders to join our Liverpool ONE team.

As a Beverage assistant Team Leader, you would be expected to work well as a team in a fast-paced environment, whilst following directions and maintaining cleanliness around the store.

Communication skills and interpersonal skills are desirable, as part of the role is heavily oriented around our guests and their experience in our store.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a great attitude to join our team

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
  • Daily store tasks.
  • Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Recording and managing inventory.
  • Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Work closly with the store manager and able to reach during out of hours for emergency reasons.

Team Leader Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management or retail position.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong customer focus and decisionmaking skills.

Salary:
£8.00-£12.00 per hour
