Our client is a West Midlands based manufacturing company who have a new role for an Aftersales Co-Ordinator.

Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Validating warranty work (Around jobs per week)
  • Advising the best options for customers where possible
  • Liasing with the various aftersales companies to repair products and carry out warranty checks
  • Check UK and industry prices to ensure we have the most costeffective rates
  • Collect data to analyse performance opportunities
  • Working alongside the Parts department to ensure correct parts are shipped out for scheduled repairs
  • Process invoices from aftersales companies once work is complete
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

Required:

  • You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed
  • You're polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player
  • You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role
