We are recruiting for a Senior HR Office Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Leeds.

This role will also be providing PA support to the Managing Director so any previous PA/EA experience would be a distinct advantage.

At Genix Healthcare we have a family feel, especially in the office so would like a team player but also someone who can just crack on with tasks on their own


You will be involved with a wide range of activities for HR, liaising with the HR Manager, Practice Managers, and other colleagues to support with a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Your role will include the below:

  • Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current. This will include inputting new starters, leavers, changes of address, hours, contract end dates in a timely and accurate manner on to the HR systems
  • Carrying out administrative process for new hires in a timely manner and in line with the company policy.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager relating to investigations including acting as a minute taker in formal meetings such as board meetings and MD meetings as and when required
  • Update employee records including sickness leave, any documents, personal info etc which could be of a confidential nature
  • Assist HR in producing various workforce information reports as required such as recruitment and selection, absenteeism, turnover.
  • Ensure that the current filing system and online HR system is kept up to date.
  • Help collate and provide payroll information with the Payroll Manager
  • Provide assistance with the recruitment process if required to do so

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
