We are currently seeking a Website Product Manager to be an integral role in the Civica Marketing Division.

Our website ) is a key digital channel and Route To Market (RTM). Our ambition is to make the the leading global sales and service channel – helping delivery high quality MQLs and improving the customer experience.

You will be responsible for building our website development strategy to support our business growth ambitions. You will be expected to track KPIs, optimise our channel performance and ensure a strong contribution of MQLs that are originated from the website, are tracked through the sales journey.

For Marketing to deliver on its promises, the role holder will need to partner with the wider organisation, particularly marketing, product and sales enablement functions. You will work with colleagues in customer insight, planning, product marketing, brand & influence, campaigns and operations to deliver on that plan.

Whilst you will not have direct line management responsibilities, your ability to balance stakeholder requirements and operational output to drive positive outcomes from colleagues will be a key.

This is a pivotal role in the marketing organisation that requires website management, technical skills, creative thinking, commercial acumen, project management & problem-solving skills, excellent communication and demonstrable stakeholder management experience - and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure website meets its contribution to wider marketing targets i.e. performance against MQL generation and technical KPIs.
  • Support the delivery and rollout of a new global website.
  • Define, build and manage the website product roadmap – covering key value journey adds, integrations and customer journey improvements.
  • Partner with our Marketing Technology Product Manager to ensure we can leverage and integrate out wider MarTeck stack to optimise one of our key RTM channels.
  • Partner with marketing operations team to manage roadmap and backlog, ensuring delivery on time and per expectation.
  • Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify key capabilities use cases.
  • Work with product marketing to develop positioning messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
  • Run sprint retrospectives to ensure constant learning and evaluation of performance and optimisation.
  • Work closely with marketing planning, campaign and operation teams for effective delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in order to provide the highest level of services, quality and value.

Essential competencies:

  • Proven enterprise website management – 6+ years' experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS market.
  • User journey – creation and management of optimised journeys for key audiences.
  • Use case – definition, collection and prioritisation (including management of backlog with stakeholders).
  • Highly numerate with proven ability to accurately report against set KPIs – traffic, bounce rate, form completion etc – across our funnel.
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision making, comfortable in utilising metrics and tools to inform decision making and presenting those to others.
  • Technical skills and insight to support integrations with other key platforms in the customer journey e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce, GoToWebinar etc.
  • Excellent and demonstrable collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Experience Products & Platforms, latest trends, practices, and standards.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Ability to capture, define and prioritise use cases.
  • Experience in creating value added journey maps.
  • Extensive experience with Optimizely.
  • Knowledge of Eloqua (lead forms, automation and lead score) and Hotjar platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (G4 & Looker Studio)
  • Knowledge of social and webinar media platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar, Hootsuite) and their integration with websites
  • Knowledge of SEO & PPC platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • PowerBI literate
  • MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
