To lead website development and ongoing management, globally, across all StoneX Group brands.


Owns the vision, scope, scaling and operations for ecommerce and corporate websites, while ensuring customers and prospects are presented with best-in-class experiences.

Manage a successful team consisting of three areas (manager of managers): Website Product, Website Operations and Digital Experience / CRO.


The Websites team is responsible for managing the global websites, across Retail and non-Retail busiess areas, to maximize business KPIs and provide a best in class client experience.

The global team sets the strategy, standards and governance practices as well as provides advisory services to marketeers, content creators and business overall.

The team also manage the group and country channels on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities:

General Duties

  • Lead the definition of the website, onboarding and client's customer experience by client segments, platforms and territories, working closely with region leads and global stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary marketing interface into the technology, product and delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain processes, communicate roadmaps and tactical plans to all stakeholders including the management of steering meetings and other forums.
  • Develop a KPI driven testing and customer experience optimisation plans.
  • Leadership and Team management
  • Driving continuous improvement for the digital teams to ensure ever increasing levels of effectiveness and delivery.
  • Coach and support a team of driven and experienced managers as well as individual contributors
  • Ensuring continuous alignment between business lines and group objectives.
  • Forming a bridge between internal groups. By aligning strategy and plans it ensures great product is delivered on a great platform which is aligned to strategic direction.
  • Websites Delivery
  • Work closely with content team to support to support digital collateral production to meet marketing calendar requirements, including landing pages, content, imagery and interfaces with the platforms.
  • Establish and maintain websites based on defined user journeys;
Lead web team to provide technical content support, CMS configuration and front-end setup for landing pages & tests

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Solid ecommerce related marketing product owner/customer experience management experience at a similar level within digitally led marketing organisations preferably in the financial, trading spreadbetting or online gambling sectors.
  • Be an accomplished team leader, working at a senior leadership level within a comparable organization, with a proven record of managing high performing teams, Manager of Managers, able to coach and develop others with strong commitment to individual growth
  • An understanding of the motivators of the target market, intense customer focus.
  • Analytical skills and a data driven orientation.
  • Experience working in a global organisation where you manage various teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Results driven/commercially orientated.
  • Proactive and goal orientated.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to develop effective longterm working relationships both within the department & across departments and at all levels within the organization.
