The role is based in a practice environment, but candidates will not need practice experience as this role is solely focused on their own Bookkeeping.

If the right candidate possesses the skills / experience to offer additional support with the work of their clients however that would be advantageous.


Duties:
Bookkeeping using SAGE.Raising payments from the bank on a regular basis.
Bank reconciliations on a daily basis. Answering telephone calls, message taking and colleague communication.
Typing, Printing, photocopying, letters, emails.
Regular filing duties as well as annual archiving of clients' information/work.
Assist with the file setup of new clients.
Monitoring and managing supplies, dealing with deliveries and stationary orders.
Supporting team of partners/accountants on a range of administrative functions.
Various ad hoc other general office duties.
Assisting with payroll duties (if required and experienced).

Skills / Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
Excellent working knowledge of SAGE.Able to manage confidential information with integrity.
Team player who is happy to help in other areas of the business.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
