Business Support Officer

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To input payments and receipts monthly on accounts software (Quickbooks)
- Administer the pension scheme
- To process invoice payments
- To carry out the organisations banking, including internet banking
- To collect monies within the community on occasion
- To administer Gift Aid claims and PDVS 200 Club
- To provide monthly accounts information to the Treasurer / Management Committee
- To help prepare the annual budget
- To complete annual returns and update details as required for the Charity Commission and Companies House.
- To organise the Annual General Meeting and manage memberships
- Attend meetings and training courses agreed with line manager
- Communicate and record information appropriately
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required
