Summary:


In collaboration with a technology partner, our client has recently implemented D365 Finance as part of a financial replacement project.

Presently, they need an experienced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the initial early life period of their existing Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Team.

This is a 3-month temporary position based at their location in Trafford Park.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be entrusted with handling endtoend processing of invoices via the invoice matching system, including Compleat and SAP Concur.
  • Additionally, you will address and resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Requesting and reviewing supplier statements to maintain accurate records will also be part of your role.
  • Efficiently managing Purchase Orders and assisting with supplier set up and maintenance are crucial aspects of the position.
  • Furthermore, you will provide support in ledger closures and monthend processes.
  • Skills Required:

Essential:

  • An accountancy background/experience is essential for this role.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
  • Accountancy qualifications will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodology is desirable.
