We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of new Purchase Order system
  • Handle and process multi-entity purchase invoices daily using data capture software
  • Regularly maintain and update supplier accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee the accounts email inbox, resolving purchase ledger queries across various entities
  • Facilitate weekly and fortnightly payment runs by ensuring precise invoice processing
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Address and resolve site and supplier queries promptly
  • Support payment processes and bank reconciliations as required
  • Maintain and improve data capture software, proposing enhancements
  • Undertake additional ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in purchase ledger
  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • 1 year of experience in Sage 200 (desirable)
