We are currently looking to recruit 2
Administrators, who will have responsibility for supporting our Assessors in monitoring and coordinating the product compliance of suppliers in line with SIG guidelines.


What does the role involve?
As an
Administrator, you will provide administrative support within the compliance team.

You will be the primary point of contact for all product compliance enquiries, external and internal, to ensure communication channels are clear and effective.

You will be required to help the Assessors in monitoring and as necessary, co-ordinate the compliance activities of suppliers to remain abreast of the status of activities and identify trends.

You will be trained to help to verify suppliers product information by comparing documentation, completed questionnaires, and examining supplier control systems to ensure records are accurate and reliable.


Role specification.

  • To support the Assessors in obtaining & collating supplier information
  • To help administer the product compliance assessment process in line with company guidelines
  • To work with suppliers to manage the assessment process efficiently
  • Maintain controls and documentation procedures (online compliance portal, SIG Assured website, intranet page and branch order / account opening processes)
  • To assist with ensuring (within set guidelines) that all sourced product is identifiable, traceable, and fully compliant
  • To proactively provide support to business categories
  • Analyse reports and create Excel files

Qualifications:

  • Higher Education

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in product compliance preferred but not essential
  • Experience in administration duties & managing workflows & prioritising workload would be advantageous but not essential
  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multitask in fast paced business environment
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effectively manage working relationships
  • Ability to understand third party systems and ways of working, and to suggest developments / improvements
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (
    Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)

Mandatory requirements:

  • EU driving licence and passport
  • Flexibility to travel to UK destinations at short notice
