About the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic HR plan that outlines the essential people and organizational requirements.

  • Establish a performance and succession management process to support employee development.
  • Recommend and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs to motivate and retain high performers.
  • Oversee payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside ESG and wellness programs.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in HR with experience leading a function at an executive level.
  • Experience in a multicultural matrix organization.
  • International exposure and familiarity with different cultures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in employee relations and employment law.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
