About the Job: This is an exciting opportunity to join the rehabilitation team at a leading company. The main focus of this role is to efficiently administer Europe rehabilitation services in compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and Clinical Governance process for rehabilitation services
  • Conduct internal and external audits as per business requirements
  • Maintain accurate data on Claims Center for cost and savings evidence
  • Manage audit plan for suppliers, provide information to the Rehabilitation Manager
  • Collaborate with Underwriters and Risk Managers to identify policyholders' service needs
  • Meet with policyholders and attend stakeholder meetings to promote rehabilitation services
  • Work closely with claims for effective administration and training
  • Manage caseload, work with panel providers for supplier management
  • Monitor referrals and fee structure for cost-effective services
  • Contribute to business projects for service enhancement

About You:
  • Must have a health qualification recognized by the HCPC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships
  • Organizational and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Strong IT skills and adaptable approach to work
