About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Spring Wood Lodge, a service for mental health rehabilitation and recovery for females. The successful candidate will have extensive post-qualification clinical experience with adult females who have complex needs, along with knowledge of working with individuals with mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to promote health and independence.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, and service users.
  • Develop and implement appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways.
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
  • Extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with adult females who have complex needs.
  • Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
