The successful candidate will have extensive post-qualification clinical experience with adult females who have complex needs, along with knowledge of working with individuals with mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to promote health and independence.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, and service users.
- Develop and implement appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways.
- Support the completion of appraisals and personal development plans with junior staff.
