The opportunity


As a Physiotherapy assistant you will assist with the treatment of patients, under the supervision of a Senior Physiotherapist, and undertake clinical tasks for which previous training has been provided and completed.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to the physiotherapy service and ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained.

The person

To succeed as a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will need:
Current experience of working within a hospital setting
A good working knowledge of elective orthopedics
A good working knowledge of assessing a patient and their postoperative requirements following surgery
NVQ level 2
You will be outgoing, with a good level of patient empathy
