Job Description:

As a Lead Setter at Provincial Smart Home, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating high-quality leads while riding along with our sales closers. You will have the opportunity to interact with potential clients, identify their needs, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting outbound prospecting activities to generate leads.
  2. Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales closers.
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
