In this role you will act as an Asset Coordinator and coordinate the project lifecycles of EMEA marketing campaign assets for the Disney+ EMEA Creative Operations team. You will support in delivery and tracking of the marketing materials across multiple platforms for Disney+. The role responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Asset & Localisation Supervisor supporting the creative and marketing teams across EMEA. Manage and track assets across campaigns.
  • Prepares production/project schedules (inputs/ updates to management systems e.g., Airtable)
  • Manage asset distribution (via DAM), and maintain accurate records, and develop the database to improve flow of communication and delivery to EMEA and global teams. Ensure source material is suitable for local market adaptation.
  • Be the point person for all Disney+ assets and localization requests - UK/Regional and with US
  • End to end coordination of all in-service and off-service AV and design marketing assets as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring in house creative / agencies have assets for creative development. Source content for UK creatives and marketing streams (e.g., key art, trailers, radio spots etc).
  • Provide delivery of all EMEA assets for in and off service assets as required (post technical QC).
  • Establish and maintain process and ensure regular updates from EMEA markets on their delivery of assets into DisneyBox & or Asset Management platform (AEM).
  • Able to familiarise themselves with multiple content repositories and platforms (DAMS)
  • Manage and publish marketing bulletin to EMEA teams featuring content deliveries, status and admin updates.
The experience we ask you to bring
  • Experience working in Media/Entertainment industry in asset management capacity.
  • Digital and direct to consumer background is beneficial.
  • Experience in working with brands.
  • Experience in working with EMEA and Global markets/international teams.
  • Clear understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
  • Experience working with executive level stakeholders.
  • Experience in post-production and broadcast media environment.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional time management & organizational abilities
