Department working hours are between 9-5 and we are looking for administrative cover to work flexibly across Monday to Friday.


Role Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with Recruitment, HR, Payroll and Learning and Development to assist with compliance and documentation for the Hospital.
  • Support in the coordination of documentation required for new starter induction
  • Departmental filing and record keeping
  • Ensure training registers, certificates and feedback forms are uploaded onto the system and filed away
  • Support the data input of weekly timesheets and reporting of sickness records.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience as an administrator in a busy and diverse environment
  • Strong Excel reporting and manipulation skills
  • Desirable experience of HR administration
  • An experienced communicator who is able to manage a number of projects consecutively
  • Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy, specifically for data input
