Billing Administrator:

Salary: 25,000

Maidstone

Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm NO WEEKENDS

We have an opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join an organisation that have multiple sites around the UK. This role will be based out of their Maidstone site. You'll be working within a fast paced role where you organisation skills will be key. The team is relaxed and very supportive, where they regular enjoy team night out together

Duties:

  • Data entry with sales orders, invoices and quotations on the internal system
  • Using Microsoft Excel to create various spreadsheets
  • Meeting deadlines and creating customer invoices
  • Liaising with internal departments to support customer queries
  • Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and email
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
