We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service adviser, to join a successful and well-established business based in Stoke Prior

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Communication with clients confirming paperwork has been received
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone (mostly outbound)
  • To record and update information accurately
  • Any other Admin duties
  • Confident communication skills and telephone manor
  • Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
  • Selfmotivated and an enthusiastic character
  • Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
