Residential Engagement Assistant

Location:
Wembley, London

Salary:
£22,000 to £23,000

Contract:
Temporary (until September), with potential for permanent employment

Start Date: 1st August 2023

Working Days:
Friday to Tuesday (inclusive) - 5 days per week

Shift Patterns:

  • Fridays, Mondays and Tuesdays: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays off

As an Engagement Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting our client's affordable homes to potential customers.

Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and genuine passion for the housing industry will be essential in connecting with prospective buyers and guiding them through the home-buying process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with potential customers visiting our client's development site.
  • Provide information about the available properties, including features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct tours of show homes, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of the properties.
  • Assist the sales team in completing paperwork and administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the local housing market and competitors' offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • A genuine interest in the housing industry and a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
  • Flexibility to work the specified shift patterns, including weekends.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the London housing market and the unique needs of Londoners is a plus.
