Job purpose


Our Activity Leaders team will play an important role in delivering a safe and fun experience for all our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and quality control are always maintained in the Activity Zone
  • Managing queue lines
  • Assist with the general cleaning of the facility as required.
  • Implementing ride restrictions
  • Providing verbal rider information
  • Operating the ride using operation panels (if required)
  • Assisting guests safely on and off rides in a timely and orderly manner
  • Sharing your attractions knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
  • Drive to achieve team and overall LED targets.
  • Ensure that the facilities comply with Fire, Health and Safety, reporting any issues to management.
  • Ensure that the security of the premises is always maintained.
  • Skillgate compliancy ensure all training is completed and kept up to date.
Essentials

  • Be comfortable working in an active, outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
  • Have excellent observation skills.
  • Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, sharing a passion for giving great guest experience.
  • Be confident and comfortable in supervising the public.
Desirable Skills

  • Evidence of practical experience working in a similar environment
  • An understanding of the leisure & hospitality industry
  • Previous experience of working with the public
