As part of our growth, we have secured new premises in Milton Keynes, which brings with it this fantastic opportunity to join our team.

We are looking for a Packing Operative to work full-time at our warehouse in Kiln Farm.

This role would suit someone with similar packing/production experience, who is comfortable with quick, efficient work. The job involves the packing of healthcare products.

You will be working on a fast-paced production line, where you will be on your feet for full shifts and doing a variation of production duties where you will rotate.

Please note, the role may require standing for long periods of time.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Working efficiently, ensuring excellent productivity levels on the factory floor
  • Working on a conveyer belt, packing products into boxes
  • Checking the quality of products prior to dispatch
  • Working towards packing targets per hour
  • Ensuring production is completed to the highest standards
  • Performing other duties on the factory floor as and when required
To be successful for this role, you will need:

  • Warehouse and production line work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and good coordination
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and methodical way
  • To be physically fit to meet the demands of the role
  • To be committed to hitting targets
  • To be able to work efficiently as part of a team
  • Ability to do repetitive work
  • Good understanding of English language

Please note due to our remote location, the bus services are not the greatest. Please check our location and travel time before applying.
Shift Timings: 8am - 5pm, 6am - 3pm, 3pm - 12am

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid lunch break, and 2 x 15 minutes unpaid breaks

Pay rate:
£11 per hour

All equipment is in a cleanroom environment and full PPE clothing will be provided.
