Your duties will include:

  • To service rooms allocated by the Housekeeper to the standards required by the Company
  • To carry out routine and periodic cleaning in allocated areas, as directed by superiors
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness of rooms and to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, as well as the maintenance of housekeeping areas.
  • To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the standards.
  • To report any malfunctions of such equipment immediately
  • To ensure the correct use of cleaning products on all surfaces
  • To report any damage or wear and tear arising in any of your working areas
  • To ensure lost property is handed to your Supervisor
  • To ensure on all occasions you observe safe and hygienic working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at work, Fire Procedures and other Statutory Legislation
  • To observe all security procedures laid down by the Company
  • This job description cannot be exhaustive due to the peculiar requirements of the industry. Therefore, the job holder may be required from time to time to carry out tasks requested by the Management._
