Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard
  • Report any complaints, accidents, or maintenance faults to the supervisor or duty manager
  • Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned
  • Attend training and meetings as required
  • Assist in maximizing productivity for the department
  • Follow health and safety procedures closely
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 5-star luxury property, preferably in London
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter is desirable
