Compliance Executive


Supporting the on-going delivery of field engagement visits for one of our largest clients, to ensure critical compliance and processes support is offered to the Client Services team.

Executing the European wide programme on behalf of a global credit cardprovider.

This will include but not limited to active monitoring performance and compliance audits.

This is a pivotal role within the business so a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude is a must.


  • You will oversee and maintain communication and the collaboration between audit, compliance, training functions and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure detailed audit outcomes are shared with the relevant Regional Managers and that feedback is filtered into the training team.
Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Ability to provide compliance insights across multiEuropean activities from our central management hub in the UK.
  • To maintain effective communication links and provide insights to the field, training and client stakeholders to ensure standards of excellence are met and exceeded.
  • To implement the compliance and auditing programmes for the UK and European markets.
  • Confident in the use of MS office suite and Excel.
