We are looking for someone who has extensive administrative experience and experience working with the public is key.

You must also demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.

The ability to work successfully as part of a team is essential for this role.

This is a busy role and attention to detail is key, you will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to maintain accuracy while dealing with many interruptions.


The Post-Holder will provide comprehensive and effective monitoring and validation of information required for the BCS team locally, NHSE, London Screening Quality Assurance and the National Office and produce audits and reports as required.

The role includes a wide range of general administration tasks; including working with BCSS recording systems, Infoflex, and Soliton. A working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook and Excel is required.

This is a 18.75 hour part-time position working Monday to Friday.

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of 1.3 million across southwest London.

A large number of services, such as cardiothoracic medicine and surgery, neurosciences and renal transplantation, also cover significant populations from Surrey and Sussex, totalling around 3.5 million people.


The trust also provides care for patients from a larger catchment area in southeast England, for specialties such as complex pelvic trauma.

Other services treat patients from all over the country, such as family HIV care and bone marrow transplantation for non-cancer diseases.

The trust also provides a nationwide state-of-the-art endoscopy training centre.
