Due to our continuing success story, we're now recruiting for a Business Improvement & Digital Lead at our Head Office.

reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager.

It is the responsibility of the Business Improvement & Digital Lead, as a key member of the px Group Digital Transformation team, to drive operational excellence, business improvement, and efficiency across the px Group operating sites and business functions.


You'll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Data analysis, interpretation & reporting
  • Understanding of data visualisation tools and ability to collect, manipulate, transform and coherently visualise large datasets.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating continuous improvement projects and business modifications.
