Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Stockton for a 9-month temporary assignment. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will provide senior-level business and financial management expertise to our Business Line operations.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the roll-up of management reporting and budgets/forecasts for the Business Line, driving working capital improvements, and providing strategic financial guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive working capital improvements and optimize financial performance
  • Manage and maintain financial reporting and budgeting processes
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with relevant professional body
  • Extensive years' relevant accounting/business experience
  • Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leader and people development experience
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and proven record in business partnering
  • Good Systems experience – Preferably an ERP system, Oracle preferred
  • Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint
