Procurement Business Partner

About the Role

The successful candidate will act as a lead expert in all aspects of procurement, providing professional advice to internal customers within Accent Group. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in quality, contract compliance, and value for money through cost reductions and savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement projects across various categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide expert advice to internal customers on procurement best practices and strategies.
  • Develop and implement procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPS Level 4 or equivalent procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of current procurement guidance and legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
