Procurement Business Partner

About the Role

The successful candidate will act as a lead expert in all aspects of procurement, providing professional advice to internal customers within Accent Group. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in quality, contract compliance, and value for money through cost reductions and savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement activities across multiple categories, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to internal customers on procurement-related matters.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address procurement-related issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPS Level 4 or equivalent procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of current procurement guidance and legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of IT literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
